What are the delivery times and prices?

To France :

• 3-4 working days with Colissimo at a relay point (€4.56) or at home (€5.96) 
• 3-4 working days with Mondial relay in a relay point (€4.40)

5-7 working days with Colissimo home delivery (€13.35)

To Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland: How do I track my parcel?

In 3-8 working days with Colissimo with tracking: at home (€13.45)

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

If you haven't received it, it's probably in your spam folder.

If not, write to us at equipe@masaison.com and our team will get it back to you as soon as possible.

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Just write to us at equipe@masaison.com. The Masaison team will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution!

Can I return or exchange certain products?

In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt of your order (by e-mail: equipe@masaison.com). We accept the return of unopened, unopened and undamaged products, but do not cover the cost of return.

If your product turns out to be faulty, write to us at the same address and we will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

How do I return my returnable jar once it's finished?

All returnable jars can be returned to the points of sale where we are distributed. See the list of sales outlets.

Products

Where are Masaison products made? 

All Masaison skincare products are made in France. We go even further than "Made" in France, as all our ingredients are also "of French origin", something very rare in the world of cosmetics.

Are the ingredients in season?

We use seasonal fruit in our creams, for example figs in summer and hazelnuts in winter. This preserves the nutrients in the fruit and eliminates imports from abroad. Ultimately, it's a guarantee of quality and respect for the environment.

Are the formulas adapted to each season? 

Are they natural? 

Yes, and not just a little! Our products contain 100% of ingredients of natural origin and exclude all controversial substances. It's a choice we've made to ban all synthetic ingredients from our formulas.

Are the products certified organic? 

Yes, all our products are certified organic (Cosmétique biologique) by Nouvelle Cosmétique.

Organic means : 

• no mineral oils or silicones
• all-natural emulsifiers and active ingredients
• a restricted list of authorised preservatives
• no artificial colours or fragrances

Organic is therefore a guarantee that we have access to the best ingredients and that they are grown in the best conditions, protecting our environment and our health.

Are the products tested on animals? Are they vegan?

 Our products are not tested on animals, as required by European regulations. Each formula is vegan and cruelty-free: they contain no ingredients of animal origin.

Can packaging be recycled? 

Our products are made from recycled glass, a material that can be recycled ad infinitum. However, recycling it consumes a lot of energy, which is why we have introduced instructions for reusing the containers. 

We have also chosen not to use secondary packaging, in order to reduce our impact on the environment. 

Are the compositions well marked?

Our products are exemplary and contain no controversial ingredients. This is why we have achieved a score of 93/100 on the Yuka application and 19.2/20 on INCI Beauty.  

Are the products compatible with pregnancy? 

All our products can be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Can they be used by children?

All Masaison products can be used from the age of 7.

Are the products also suitable for men? 

Of course! Our products are mixed, and the natural fragrances are universal.

How long does it take to use the products? 

We recommend that you use your Masaison products for up to 12 months after opening.

How long do the products last? 

Although it varies according to your habits, you can expect to use face creams for 4 to 6 months.

How should they be stored?

Your Masaison skincare products can be stored at room temperature. Remember to close them tightly after application.
